1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to financecornerzone.com (the "Site") and any consultation, planning, or membership service provided by Finance Corner Zone ("Company," "we," "us"). By browsing the Site, submitting a booking or contact form, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Finance Corner Zone provides fee-only financial planning and education, including: personal financial planning, financial risk management, business financial planning, cash flow planning, debt management, and credit management. Services are delivered virtually nationwide and in person at our Clover, SC office by appointment. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your written membership agreement.

3. Educational Purpose & No-Guarantee Disclaimer

All Site content — articles, calculators, testimonials, and newsletters — is general information for educational purposes only and is not individualized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Results described in testimonials are real client experiences but are not typical and not guaranteed. Your results depend on your circumstances, markets, and actions. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance never guarantees future results. Always consult your licensed professionals before acting.

4. Fees, Billing & Payments

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance at the published rate (Foundation $149/mo, Growth $349/mo, Private Client $899/mo) or as quoted in your agreement.
• We are fee-only: we accept no commissions, referral fees, or third-party compensation of any kind.
• Fees are quoted in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are added where required by law.
• Failed or reversed payments may suspend service until cured; we provide notice before suspension where practical.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Guarantee

New members receive a 14-day money-back guarantee from first payment. Thereafter, you may cancel anytime by email with effect at the end of the current billing period; no early-termination penalties apply. Completed written plans already delivered remain your property. Refund requests outside the guarantee window are reviewed case-by-case at our sole reasonable discretion.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms and engagements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any client-portal credentials issued to you.
• Review plans and statements promptly and report discrepancies within 30 days.
• Use the Site lawfully — no scraping, malware, intrusion attempts, or interference with Site operations.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, logos, the VisionTrack™ name, design systems, graphics, and code — is the property of Finance Corner Zone or its licensors, protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may share limited excerpts with attribution and a link. Reproduction, resale, or derivative use without written permission is prohibited. Client-submitted testimonials grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish with your name and state.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading inquiries; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) use automated tools to harvest data or submit spam; (d) attempt to breach Site security; or (e) use Site content to provide regulated advice to others without licensure. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent allowed, Finance Corner Zone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from Site use or reliance on general content. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to Site use is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance Corner Zone, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Email Communications & Unsubscribe

By subscribing you consent to receive our newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe mechanism; you may also unsubscribe anytime at our unsubscribe page. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, service notices) may continue as needed to serve your membership.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days after written notice of a dispute. Failing that, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving York County, South Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified minimally and the remainder stays in force. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and your membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior communications.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
